~When Bloggers Meet~

landc2

Terri, Sue, Grace, Pat

Friday evening, J and I met folks, we had never met in real life, but visit from day to day, via the land of blog.

It was as though we know each other well, as we shared hugs, conversation, gifts and dinner at Lewis and Clark’s Restaurant in Historic Saint Charles Missouri.

We didn’t let a little rain keep us from enjoying a wonderful evening with, Bob and Terri (Lakewood Manor) and Bill and Sue (Rabbit Run Cottage) and their sweet daughter Grace.

I’m adding this post, to Laurie’s Saturday Favorites, because the subject fits the category of favorite things, so well; in this instance, favorite things to do (meeting blog friends).

It is fun to meet fellow bloggers. I have had the honor of meeting 3, then went to a bead show with one of them another time. It was as if we had known each other for a long time.
Enjoy your weekend.

Isn't it fun to meet our blog friends in real life?! Yes ma'am, it is! I loved getting to meet Sue and Bill and their precious Grace a few months ago when they visited the beach near me. Love them all. I haven't met Terri, but sure hope to one day.

Hugs,
Kat

Awww! I had the time of my life. It was like we had known each other forever. We asked about each other's kids and questions about stuff. It was so fun!

You mean these people are real in 'Blogland'? I don't believe it - in fact I think my computer is writing this comment on its own!

Such fun; I am hoping to meet Sue and Bill and Grace sometime soon! St. Charles is such a lovely place, I have a blue pottery pitcher I bought there a few years back.

How nice...to meet your blogland friends. We really do exist! :)

If you are ever out Indiana way, please let us know & we'll show you some Hoosier hospitality!

I've actually met face to face 2 distant cousins that I would never have found it it had not been for my blog. Our world is definitely a lot smaller than it used to be!

Hi Pat, I am definitely sure the vine is not kudzu. We have kudzu all over bluffs here and I took close up pictures and the leaves are not the same. Kudzu's leaves are 3 times bigger and their indentation is all the way to the base. ...Christine
