A Valentine table for two.
DESSERT FIRST
Crepe Filling
8 ounce cream cheese
8 ounce sour cream
juice of 1/2 lemon
tablespoon lemon zest
1/2 cup powder sugar
Mix powder sugar into softened cream cheese, fold in sour cream, add lemon juice, zest and fruit. I used wedges of Clementine.
Spread on Melissa’s ready to use crepes or your own prepared crepes. Roll and refrigerate. When ready to serve, drizzle with raspberry sauce, sprinkle with powder sugar, garnish with lemon zest and fruit .
